Since graduating from university, my job as a fitness journalist has allowed me to meet many interesting people from around the world. It's true, the fitness industry can be a big scary place if you're unfamiliar with what goes on in the gym, on the stage, or in front of the camera. So I'd like to share my experiences with you as someone who has led some of the top fitness magazines in the world and who is currently overseeing the marketing and communications function for one of the biggest multi-brand companies in the mind-body category. I also want to continue to help others reach their personal aspirations no matter what they are in life. Because if there's one thing I know about for sure — it's trying to balance work and play.
